Intimidation

If you are a victim of crime or witnessed a crime and are experiencing witness intimidation you should report this immediately to the Police.

Intimidation is behaviour that is considered threatening, any act of violence against you or if someone tries to bribe you to not give evidence. If you have experienced any of this type of behaviour it should be report.

The Police can arrest someone for intimidation as it is considered that they are perverting the course of justice.
